We are an all vegan bakery, which means we do not use any animal products in our treats.

We have some gluten free treats, which will always be labeled. Most of our treats, including pan dulce are not gluten free. We are not a Celiac friendly bakery.

We strive to use all organic and non-gmo ingredients, however in a pinch we will use non-organic.

We use almond ingredients in our baking - almond milk and almond flour. However, not all of our treats will have these, please ask us if you’d like to know which treats do not have these ingredients.

We use local, organic fruits & veggies in our baking - with the exception of any tropical fruits.

We use organic cane sugar in most of our baking, but have a few treats that are sweetened with maple syrup, coconut sugar, and dates. Our frostings are sweetened with organic, vegan powdered sugar.

We do not use soy products. However, some additional ingredients contain soy, such as sprinkles, sandwich cookies, chocolate candies, marshmallows, etc.
